Campaign strategy and service execution commence upon signed agreement or receipt of agreed retainer payments. Clients agree to provide prompt access to necessary ad accounts, analytics, and branding assets.
Service fees and agency retainers must be paid in advance according to the agreed billing cycle. Ad spend is billed directly by advertising platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) to the client's payment account unless explicitly arranged otherwise.
While Big X Media employs proven optimization techniques to maximize ROAS and lead generation, external factors (platform algorithms, ad policies, market fluctuations) may impact performance. We do not guarantee specific monetary returns or third-party platform behavior.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all products, services, and claims promoted in marketing campaigns comply with local laws and advertising platform policies.
All custom ad creative assets, copy, and designs created by Big X Media for the client become the client's property upon full payment of fees. Proprietary agency strategy frameworks and internal templates remain the exclusive IP of Big X Media.
Big X Media is not liable for third-party platform account suspensions, algorithm updates, policy rejections, or indirect losses arising from external digital service disruptions.
Either party may terminate monthly retainers by providing 30 days written notice. Big X Media reserves the right to modify services, retainer packages, or pricing upon notice.
